Meet the Team at Synergy Dental Arts
Lindsay
Lindsay has been part of our Dental Team since 2010. She enjoys coming to work every day to help improve patients’ oral health and smiles. Lindsay graduated from Sacramento State with her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and then continued on to attend High Tech Institute to receive her RDA. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. She graduated amongst the top of his class. Before this accomplishment, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from University of California.
Danielle
Danielle began working as an RDA right out of high school. After ten years as an RDA, she obtained her hygienist license in 2008. Danielle loves her career choice and getting to be part of a team that helps people embrace and love their smiles. When not at work Danielle is busy being a wife and mother to her three children. Her family enjoys many outside activities such as horseback riding, wakeboarding, and going to the park.
Allicia
For the past several years, Allicia has been at Synergy Dental Arts taking care of our patients as the Lead Assistant. Dr. Kandola and Allicia together work as a team to pursue the highest standards of dentistry and technologies possible for our patients. She really enjoys putting a lot of intention and love into her work here at Synergy. When Allicia is out of the office, she is outside enjoying mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, and exploring with her dogs.
Bailey
Bailey has been assisting for three years now after completing Dental Assisting courses at Carrington College. Bailey is a fun-loving, ambitious, young woman who loves nothing more than making people smile. With her bright and cheerful disposition, she will stop at nothing to make sure that every job is well done and that every patient feels more confident leaving this office.
Siddhi
Siddhi joined the Synergy team in 2021. She has immense passion for dentistry and takes great pride in caring for our patients with utmost compassion and knowledge. Siddhi is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology in hopes to become a dentist in the near future. She additionally enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her loved ones.
Jenn
Jenn has been part of the Synergy Dental Arts team since 2021. With 12 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, she still enjoys working with patients and educating them on their oral health. She graduated from Fresno State University in 2006 w/ a bachelors in Mass Communication and Journalism. After working in the public relations field for a few years, she ultimately decided it was not meant to be and went back to school to become a dental hygienist. She received her hygiene education from San Joaquin Valley College. She absolutely loves working with Dr. Kandola and the Synergy team, "It's a great feeling to thoroughly enjoy working with people you respect and appreciate!
